Physical and Chemical Properties: Propoxur technical is a white crystal. Its melting point is 91.5 degree C (for industrial product 84~87 degreeC). The vapor pressure at 120 egreeC is 1.33Pa. Solubility in water is 0.2%. Solve in various organic solvents. It could be hydrolyzed in alkaline condition. The half life is 40 min (pH=10, at 20 degree C )

Application: Propoxur is one of the best sanitary insecticides approved and recommended by WHO. It is widely used to kill all pests in house and public area, such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, flies, ants, fleas, louses, bedbugs, etc. It has contact, stomach and fumigation action with broad spectrum, long residual activity and quick knockdown effect.
